This is the mentality the Ross Team approaches everyday with. Jenna with her husband TJ, partner as the Ross Team; having a combined 20-year experience in the mortgage industry they have had countless opportunities to build relationships, while assisting families navigate the home buying process. In an ever-changing market the staple for success always rests on great communication, realistic expectations, and knowledge of all available products that best fit the clients’ needs and financial goals. Now in a leadership position Jenna is able to share her passion of mortgage lending with other Loan Officers, all while still serving her personal referral clients with their mortgage needs.
